Launching Delivery on The Shack App
Throughout COVID Shake Shack moved to shift emphasis to its mobile app and in March 2021 announced home delivery from the Shack app.
Confidant recognized that Shake Shack really is the perfect remedy to being stuck at home. So, we hatched the “Reason’s Why” campaign, which showcased a myriad of people with their unique reasons for ordering Shack Shack through the Shack app.
The campaign was timed with a PR launch of home delivery on the app and included a range of content to spread the word.
